Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand their specific requirements for candidate profiles.
• Develop compelling candidate outreach messages and advertisements.
• Manage candidate data accurately within the recruitment database (ATS).
• Provide feedback to candidates on their application status.
• Stay informed about market trends and talent availability in key sectors.
• Assist with ad-hoc recruitment projects as needed.
