Placements24, a Benoni-based recruitment consultancy, seeks a dedicated Resourcing Consultant to proactively source candidates across multiple industries. You will screen candidates, build robust pipelines, and support senior consultants to meet client needs.

The role requires strong research, communication, and organizational skills, with a hybrid work setup offering flexibility between office and remote work in Gauteng.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in recruitment, resourcing or similar support role.
• Proven ability to source candidates via online platforms.
• Good understanding of various job roles and industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and identify suitable candidates using multiple channels.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess suitability, interest and availability.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Partner with recruitment consultants to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in the CRM/ATS system.
