Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an energetic Resort Activity Coordinator for an on-site role near Klerksdorp, North West, ZA. You will plan, lead, and promote a wide range of activities for guests of all ages, ensuring safety and enjoyment throughout the resort.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality. Experience in leisure settings is preferred; First Aid/CPR is advantageous, and flexibility for weekends/public holidays is needed.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating or leading recreational activities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Positive, energetic, and outgoing personality with a passion for working with people of all ages.
• First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and lead a diverse range of daily activities and events for resort guests.
• Ensure safety and enjoyment of all participants during activities.
• Promote activities to guests via website, social media and on-site signage.
• Manage and maintain activity equipment and facilities, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborate with other resort departments to coordinate activities effectively.
• Develop new ideas to cater to a wide range of guest interests.
