Placements24 is seeking an enthusiastic Resort Activities Coordinator in Polokwane to design and manage engaging recreational programmes for guests of all ages, from sports and games to cultural workshops and entertainment.

You will plan daily schedules, supervise activities, oversee equipment and safety, promote participation, and collaborate with F&B and housekeeping to ensure memorable resort experiences. A creative, guest‑focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in recreation, events, or similar roles, preferably in resorts or hotels.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to engage guests of all ages and lead activities enthusiastically.
• Knowledge of recreational activities, sports and games.
• First Aid and CPR certification is advantageous.
• Creative mindset focused on guest satisfaction.

You will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing equipment, ensuring guest safety during activities, and promoting participation to enhance the overall resort experience. The ideal candidate is creative, outgoing, and has a passion for hospitality and recreation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute a daily schedule of resort activities and entertainment for guests.
• Develop creative and diverse activity programs catering to various age groups and interests.

Requirements
