You will oversee tenant relations, coordinate repairs, and manage administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with South Africa's landlord-tenant laws.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in residential property management.
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
• Strong organizational, time management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with property management software such as Yardi or AppFolio is a plus.
• Ability to handle difficult situations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties in Stellenbosch, Western Cape.
• Handle all aspects of tenant relations including screening, leasing, move-ins and move-outs.
• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, maintenance requests and complaints.

This role involves the day-to-day management of residential properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, maintaining property standards, and maximizing rental income. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of landlord-tenant laws, property maintenance, and financial reporting. You will be the primary point of contact for tenants and property owners, requiring excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This position offers the opportunity to work in a desirable location and contribute to the efficient operation of residential real estate assets. Key Responsibilities

• Handling all aspects of tenant relations, including screening, leasing, move-ins, and move-outs.
