Hartbeespoort Aerial Cableway is seeking capable professionals for the Reservations/Ticket Office lead role in Hartbeespoort, North West. You will oversee the entire reservations department, liaise with central reservations, and prepare quotations while supporting sales and events.

The role requires 5+ years in a similar position, strong English communication, and the ability to work shifts in a busy tourism setting.

Competenze

Certificate or diploma in administration or related field.
Strong command of English (speaking, reading and writing).
Minimum 5 years in a similar role.
Ability to adapt, analyze and communicate clearly.
Customer focus with ethical conduct and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Willing to work shifts.

Mansioni

Liaise with central reservations to communicate new rate plans and promotions.
Oversee the reservations/ticket office department end-to-end.
Prepare quotations and coordinate related activities and follow-ups.
Assist sales in setting rates and support venue/outlet and conference sales.
Coordinate with travel agents and internal stakeholders on reservations.
Ensure hygiene, safety and uniform standards on site.
Maintain accurate attendance and timely submission of timesheets and ERS reports.
Manage employee training, coaching and disciplinary actions.
