Placements24 is seeking an organized Reservations Agent Supervisor for a busy East London hotel. This on-site role oversees the reservations department, ensures smooth booking processes, and delivers excellent service to guests from first contact.

You will lead a team of reservation agents, train new staff, manage inventory and complex bookings, collaborate with Front Desk and Sales, and work toward occupancy and revenue targets.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of experience in reservations or front office within hospitality.
• Previous supervisory experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with PMS and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional and positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• A passion for the hospitality industry and basic revenue management understanding.

Mansioni

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the reservations department.
• Manage incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of all room bookings and modifications.
• Monitor room inventory to optimize occupancy and maximize revenue.
• Assist in training and mentoring reservation agents, ensuring adherence to hotel standards.
• Handle complex booking requests and resolve any issues or complaints related to reservations.
• Prepare daily reservation reports and assist with administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with the Front Desk and Sales departments to ensure seamless communication.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel rates, promotions, and services.
• Contribute to the achievement of hotel occupancy and revenue targets.
