Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Reservations Agent to handle booking inquiries and reservations for multiple properties, including East London, in a fully remote capacity. You will manage inquiries across phone, email, and online chat, ensuring accurate data entry in the PMS and providing guests with accurate information and excellent service.

The role emphasizes proactive upselling, timely issue resolution, and maintaining high guest satisfaction while supporting sales and operations
