Qualifications

• Experience training and mentoring junior staff in a hotel reservations team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel reservations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
• Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and reservation software.
• Strong understanding of revenue management principles and room inventory control.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
