Job summary

HotelJobs is seeking a dynamic Reservationist for a prominent 4* hotel at the V&A Waterfront. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in Reservations at a 300+ room property and hands-on Opera or Infor Individual and Group/Block reservations.

Requirements include excellent telephone administration, basic Windows skills, the ability to work under pressure, and Cape Town residency. Submit an updated MS Word CV (current position first) with a recent head-and-shoulders photo.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Reservations in a 4- or 5-star city hotel with 300+ rooms.
• Experience with Opera or Infor Individual and Group/Block Reservations.
• Basic computer skills and Windows literacy.
• Excellent administration and telephonic communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Cape Town residents only.
