Hotel Group in Sandton and Cape Town is seeking an accomplished Multi-Property Reservations Specialist to manage reservations for its two properties, totaling 988 rooms. You will convert enquiries into confirmed business while delivering a seamless client experience using OPERA PMS and OPERA Sales & Catering.

This role requires strong sales acumen, attention to detail and the ability to coordinate effectively across two properties in a high-volume environment.

Formación

• Extensive hands-on experience with OPERA PMS and OPERA Sales & Catering.
• Reservations or events experience within large hotels of 300+ rooms.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills focused on conversion and revenue.
• Excellent organisational skills and disciplined administration.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in booking records.

Responsabilidades

• Manage group accommodation, conference and individual reservations across both properties.
• Convert enquiries into bookings through effective sales and negotiation.
• Meet monthly conversion, revenue and upselling targets.
• Prepare final invoices and post-event reconciliation.
• Coordinate with operational teams to ensure smooth delivery of bookings.
