Job summary

ZEDA Limited is seeking a customer-focused counter sales role based in Pietermaritzburg. You will identify customer needs, manage reservations, and ensure efficient rental transactions while maintaining high standards of service and integrity.

Responsibilities include processing checkout/check-in per instructions, ensuring documentation accuracy, and supporting customers with extensions and product requests throughout the rental experience.

Qualifications

• Matric is required
• Code 08 unendorsed driver’s license required
• Own transport to and from work is required
• Shift work is required
• Must be well presented
• Must have the ability to sell
• Preference for Operations and/or Wizard experience

Responsibilities

• Identify and satisfy customers' needs by conducting sales and services processes on the counter.
• Ensure reservations have allocated vehicles and resources to cover deliveries and collections.
• Follow rental process instructions for checkout and check-in processes and use the 6-step sales wheel.
• Modify rental agreements and capture information on Wizard for accurate billing.
• Batch documentation daily and ensure QCEs are completed accurately.
• Provide assistance during rental experiences and handle extensions, pricing, and product requests.
• Maintain health, safety and security, keep the workplace neat, secure assets, and report concerns to management.
