Job summary

Cosmopolitan Projects is seeking a Rental Consultant in Gauteng. The role focuses on assisting clients, handling property rentals, and executing marketing strategies to attract tenants.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in Real Estate or Sales, Grade 12, and preferably a Business/Marketing background. Strong sales and client-relations skills are essential for success in this fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 minimum.
• Tertiary qualification in Business or Marketing advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Real Estate, Sales or Property Management would be advantageous.
