Responsibilities include handling rental agreements, resolving inquiries, and maintaining high standards of service in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver’s licence and strong administrative skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent with customer-facing experience.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in PC use and Microsoft Office for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in renting vehicles.
• Provide information on rental options, waivers, and rates.
• Maintain excellent service throughout the process.
• Handle bookings, confirmations, and schedule coordination.
• Conduct pre- and post-rental inspections and document damages.
• Prepare and explain terms of rental agreements.
• Collect documentation (e.g., driver’s license, payment info).
• Address concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
