Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for car rental enquiries from customers.
• Guide customers through the end-to-end rental process.
• Allocate and manage reservations and prepare and process rental agreements.
• Promote and upsell value-added products and services.
• Manage rental logistics, including overdues, due-backs, extensions and vehicle swop-overs.
• Conduct detailed vehicle inspections, accurately recording damages.
• Perform regular fleet inventory checks, ensuring vehicle availability and operational readiness.
• Handle and resolve all customer enquiries, concerns and complaints.
• Build strong, lasting customer relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all rental systems, procedures and company operational protocols.
• Follow structured daily handover procedures.
