Placements24 is seeking a visionary Remote Program Manager for a nationally focused youth-development nonprofit. You will lead a distributed team, oversee design, implementation, and evaluation of programs, manage budgets, and build strategic partnerships nationwide.

This fully remote role requires strong leadership, excellent organization, and a deep commitment to equity and youth empowerment. You will report to senior management and help shape scalable programs across regions.

About the Role

Our client, a nationally recognized non-profit organization dedicated to empowering young people through educational and leadership programs, is seeking an experienced and visionary Remote Program Manager . This fully remote position is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and evaluation of youth development initiatives across various regions. You will lead a distributed team, manage program budgets, cultivate strategic partnerships, and ensure the effective delivery of high-impact programming. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of youth development programs.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and evaluating programs.
• Strong understanding of youth development theories and best practices.
• Excellent financial management and budgeting skills.
