Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with water resources specialization.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Pr Eng registration or eligibility with ECSA.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in water resources management and engineering.
• Proficiency in hydrological and hydraulic modeling software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hydrological and hydraulic analyses for water systems, including rivers, dams, and pipelines.
• Design water supply networks, wastewater treatment facilities, and stormwater management systems.
• Develop flood modeling and mitigation strategies.
• Assess water quality parameters and recommend treatment processes.
• Perform environmental impact assessments related to water resources projects.
• Collaborate with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project compliance and success.
• Utilize specialized software for water resource modeling and design (e.g., HEC-RAS, EPANET, SWMM).
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports, design documents, and proposals.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
• Stay current with advancements in water resource management technologies and best practices.
