Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a motivated Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join their fully remote team supporting their distribution network near Stellenbosch. This role coordinates daily warehouse activities, manages documentation, and ensures efficient information flow between the warehouse floor and management.

You will track inventory, schedule shipments, and troubleshoot operational issues remotely, collaborating with on-site teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse coordination or logistics support.
• Proficiency with WMS and standard office software.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication for remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including shipment scheduling, receiving, and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and order fulfillment status.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational queries and challenges.
• Prepare and manage all necessary shipping and receiving documentation.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and assist in generating reports for operational analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures in all coordinated activities.
