Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to manage inventory and dispatch processes from a home-based position near Vereeniging. The role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency with logistics software to track stock levels and coordinate shipments.

The ideal candidate has experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and remote communication, with the ability to maintain accurate records and support efficient warehouse operations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics coordination.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Excellent remote communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high levels of accuracy.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management and ensure accuracy of stock levels within the warehouse system.
• Coordinate the scheduling and execution of inbound and outbound logistics.
• Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure timely processing of orders and shipments.
• Generate regular reports on inventory, shipping, and operational performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to warehouse operations.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure seamless workflow.
