Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join their fully remote team. You will support day-to-day warehouse operations, coordinate activities, manage documentation, inventory, and stakeholder communications from a remote workstation.

The role requires at least 2 years in warehouse operations, proficiency with WMS, strong organization, attention to detail, and excellent remote collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in warehouse operations or logistics coordination.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and logistics software.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and remote collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Maintain accurate inventory and perform cycle counts.
• Assist in scheduling and tasking warehouse staff.
• Communicate order status and logistics updates with internal teams, carriers, and customers.
• Process shipping documents and ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify operational improvements.
