Placements24 is seeking a proactive Remote Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operational efficiency and team performance from Durban. This fully remote role requires guiding warehouse staff, ensuring smooth workflow and implementing best practices in inventory management and order fulfillment.

You will use WMS and digital tools to monitor activities, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement without on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar logistics leadership role.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a remote team.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse associates in receiving, stocking, picking and shipping.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to ensure targets are met.
• Enforce safety protocols and compliant working environment.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Facilitate remote communication between staff and management.
