Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Warehouse Inventory Specialist to manage and optimize inventory accuracy across our locations. This fully remote role focuses on stock integrity, audits, and data-driven decision making from your home office.

You will work with WMS and inventory software, forecast demand, and collaborate with procurement, sales, and operations to ensure product availability and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse inventory management.
• Proficient with WMS and inventory software.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records across locations.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures.
• Conduct cycle counts and full audits.
• Analyze data to forecast demand and adjust stock levels.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and operations.
• Monitor stock rotation and manage damaged/expired goods.
• Generate reports on inventory levels and movements.
• Provide remote guidance on inventory matters.
• Implement best practices for distributed environments.
• Ensure compliance with inventory policies.
