Qualifications

• 3+ years in inventory management, supply chain or related retail role.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
• Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL) is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze inventory levels across locations and DCs.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels.
• Conduct regular audits and reconciliations for data accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies and identify root causes.
• Collaborate with purchasing and sales to forecast demand and plan needs.
• Use inventory software to track stock movements and generate reports.
• Implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock.
• Analyze turnover rates and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support development of new inventory management technologies and processes.
• Provide regular inventory performance reports to senior management.
