Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Remote Warehouse Efficiency Specialist to optimize warehouse operations for diverse clients from a fully remote setup. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, process mapping, and continuous improvement across client sites without requiring physical presence.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in warehouse ops or industrial engineering, strong data analytics skills (Excel/SQL/Tableau), and expertise in WMS and lean/six sigma.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, industrial engineering, or similar process optimization roles.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel/SQL/Tableau) and process mapping software.
• Experience with lean/six sigma principles and warehouse management systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote analysis of warehouse operations and identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Develop data-driven recommendations and strategic plans to optimize layout, workflow, inventory, and labor utilization.
• Use advanced analytics to interpret operational data and generate actionable insights.
• Create SOPs, process docs, and flowcharts for improved warehouse functions.
• Collaborate with on-site teams to implement changes and monitor results.
