Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Warehouse Inventory Specialist to manage inventory accuracy from a home office. You will perform remote audits, analyze stock levels, and implement measures to minimize discrepancies while coordinating with on-site teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in inventory roles, strong WMS and Excel skills, and excellent analytical abilities. This fully remote position offers flexibility and strong integration with logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–3 years of experience in inventory management roles.
• Remote role requires strong self-motivation and excellent communication.
• Proficient in WMS and Excel with data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
• Conduct cycle counts and remote audits to identify discrepancies.
• Analyze stock levels to forecast needs and prevent stockouts.
• Investigate root causes of discrepancies and implement fixes.
• Monitor inbound/outbound inventory accuracy and movements.
• Collaborate with on-site teams to ensure correct stock rotation.
• Generate reports on inventory levels and movements for management.
• Support optimization of inventory control procedures.
