Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in VoIP systems and IP telephony.
- Strong knowledge of SIP, RTP, codecs, and VoIP protocols.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, configure, and maintain VoIP platforms (PBX, SIP trunking).
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability with low latency.
- Develop and enforce VoIP security protocols.
- Collaborate with network engineers and developers to integrate voice solutions.
- Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning of VoIP infrastructure.
- Provide expert support and guidance on VoIP matters.
