Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all dispatches, deliveries, driver hours, and operational metrics in the dispatch system.
• Collaborate with warehouse and customer service teams to ensure seamless coordination of freight movements.
• Analyze dispatch data to identify trends, suggest improvements, and contribute to operational efficiency enhancements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fleet dispatching, logistics coordination, or a similar role within the transport industry.
