Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Virtual Event Assistant to support the events team in delivering engaging online experiences. The role is fully remote and part-time, offering hands-on exposure to webinars, online conferences, and workshops.

You will work with the Event Coordinator to manage registration, attendee communication, and live tech support, ensuring smooth execution and timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative or event support preferred.
• Familiar with virtual event platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote work.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin and logistical support for virtual events.
• Assist with attendee registration and pre/post-event communications.
• Offer technical support to speakers and attendees during live sessions.
• Prepare event materials and follow-up communications.
• Monitor platforms for attendee engagement and inquiries.
• Support post-event data collection, surveys, and reporting.
