Placements24 is seeking a creative and highly organized Virtual Event Planner to join a fully remote team. You will conceptualize, plan, and execute online events for diverse clients, from initial client consultation to post-event analysis.

The role requires experience with virtual platforms (Zoom Events, Hopin, Cvent), strong project management, and excellent communication. Remote work flexibility is offered across South Africa.

Formación

• Proven experience in planning virtual or online events.
• Ability to manage complex virtual event logistics and technical aspects.
• Familiarity with virtual event platforms (Zoom Events, Hopin, Cvent) and engagement tools.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management abilities.
• Creative mindset with talent for designing engaging online experiences.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design software is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute a variety of virtual events, including webinars, conferences, product launches, and social gatherings.
• Liaise with clients to understand event objectives, target audience, and budget.
• Select and manage appropriate virtual event platforms and technologies.
• Develop event agendas, content schedules, and speaker coordination plans.
• Coordinate with technical support teams to ensure smooth event flow and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage virtual event registration, ticketing, and attendee communication.
• Develop creative engagement strategies to maximize attendee participation and interaction.
• Oversee virtual event setup, including branding, interactive elements, and breakout sessions.
• Conduct post-event analysis, gather feedback, and provide reports to clients.
• Stay updated on trends and innovations in virtual event tech and engagement.
