Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Catering Event Coordinator to manage client events remotely. You will be the primary contact for clients from inquiry to post-event follow-up, coordinating logistics, menus, and timelines to deliver exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator, preferably in catering/hospitality.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and client-relations skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events remotely and concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between clients and catering operations, handling all communications.
• Coordinate menus, timelines, staffing, and special requests with accuracy.
• Prepare event proposals and contracts outlining services, costs and terms.
• Manage event budgets to ensure profitability while meeting client expectations.
• Work with kitchen and logistics teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Follow up post-event to gather feedback and nurture client relationships.
