Placements24 is seeking a skilled Remote UX Researcher to join its product team. You will design and run studies, translate findings into actionable insights, and collaborate across design, product, and engineering to inform strategy and design decisions.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's or master's in related field, 3–5 years of UX research experience with a strong portfolio, and thrives in a fully remote environment delivering user-centered outcomes.

Responsabilidades

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and conduct user research studies, including user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and contextual inquiries.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Synthesize research findings into compelling reports, personas, journey maps, and actionable recommendations for design and product teams.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and engineers to integrate user insights into the product development lifecycle.
• Advocate for the user throughout the product development process, ensuring that design decisions are user-centered and data-informed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in UX research, with a portfolio showcasing a range of research methodologies and impactful findings.
• Proficiency in planning and conducting various research methods (qualitative and quantitative).
• Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively.
• Experience working effectively in a remote team environment.
