Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Researcher to join their product development team in a fully remote role. You will lead user research initiatives to understand behaviors, needs, and motivations to inform design and strategy.

You will design and execute studies, analyze data, translate findings into actionable insights, and collaborate with designers, product managers and engineers. A strong background in qualitative and quantitative methods and excellent communication are

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in UX research.
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Proficiency with research tools and platforms.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct comprehensive user research studies, including interviews, surveys, usability tests, and contextual inquiries.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior UX Researcher to join their product development team. This is a critical, fully remote role focused on understanding user behaviors, needs, and motivations to inform product design and strategy.
