Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a South Africa-based team to hire a Traffic (User Acquisition) Team Lead. This fully remote role focuses on multi-channel growth across PPC and affiliate marketing, mentoring managers, and hands-on optimization.

You will manage budgets, track performance, and drive scalable growth with an analytical, results-driven mindset. Ideally you have 3+ years in performance marketing, strong leadership, and expertise with GA4, Mixpanel, and affiliate platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition with hands-on PPC and affiliate management.
• Experience leading or growing a traffic/growth team.
• Strong budgeting and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead PPC and affiliate managers, set KPIs, and drive testing roadmaps.
• Own acquisition strategy across channels and budgets.
• Analyze funnel performance, optimize campaigns, and report results.
