Job summary

ScholarshipOwl is seeking an analytical, hands-on Traffic Team Lead / User Acquisition Team Lead to scale multi-channel paid and affiliate campaigns. You will mentor a dedicated PPC and Affiliate team while staying close to campaign mechanics, tracking, and partner economics.

You’ll optimize CAC, ROAS, and LTV across channels, diagnose attribution leaks, and steer weekly forecasts. This role is fully remote with international scope, offering high ownership and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance marketing / user acquisition
• 1+ year hands-on PPC
• 1+ year hands-on affiliate management
• 1+ year leading or managing a growth/traffic team
• Strong ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution
• Proven track record managing acquisition budgets and disciplined capital allocation

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach PPC and Affiliate teams with clear KPIs and testing roadmaps
• Conduct performance reviews and clarify ownership of priorities
• Communicate performance, risks, opportunities, and projections to stakeholders
• Own multi-channel budget allocation based on CAC, ROAS, and LTV
• Guide daily execution of PPC bidding, creative testing, and affiliate deals
• Monitor full-funnel metrics and deliver accurate weekly forecasts
• Maintain attribution accuracy and mitigate click fraud across platforms
