Jobgether in South Africa is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead the creative process for high-impact paid social campaigns across the DACH market. You will oversee the full lifecycle from audience research and concept development to copywriting, media buying, and performance analysis.

You will work closely with the founders to shape strategy, continuously improve asset effectiveness, and drive measurable results for more than 100 established consumer brands.

Qualifications

• Strong full-funnel performance marketing expertise with hands-on execution.
• Proven track record managing substantial advertising budgets.
• Experience in agency or consumer brand environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative process and scale paid social campaigns for leading brands in the DACH market.
• Develop creative concepts, ad scripts, and content for paid and organic channels.
• Manage full-funnel performance marketing from research to copywriting and media buying.
• Collaborate with founders to align marketing with business goals and brand growth.
• Analyze KPIs and advertising performance to identify optimization opportunities.
• Continuously test and optimize assets, messaging, and campaign strategies.
• Contribute to development of performance marketing processes and best practices.
• Stay informed on emerging creative trends and apply them to campaigns.
