Placements24 is seeking a Remote Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join our global HR team. You will design, implement, and administer compensation and benefits programs, conducting market research and ensuring regulatory compliance while working from a remote location.

The role emphasizes analytical work with market benchmarking, benefits design, and collaboration with HR and finance on payroll and total rewards strategy. A strong Excel and HRIS background is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits analysis.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with HRIS and compensation management software.
• Knowledge of compensation principles, benefit plan design, and administration.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market compensation data and benchmark salary ranges to ensure competitiveness.
• Develop and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
• Prepare reports and presentations on compensation and benefits trends and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams on payroll and total rewards strategy.
• Support the annual salary review and bonus cycle processes.
