You will analyze market data, build salary bands, and administer benefits programs, ensuring equitable pay and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes data-driven insight, collaboration with HR leadership, and delivering cost-effective, competitive packages to attract and retain talent in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in salary benchmarking and data modeling.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labor laws and benefits regulations.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and compensation management software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage the company's compensation strategy, including salary structures and incentive programs.
• Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to ensure compensation and benefits are competitive and equitable.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions and salary benchmarking data.
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and reporting obligations related to compensation and benefits.
• Provide guidance and support to HR and management on compensation and benefits matters.
