Placements24 seeks an accomplished HR Manager specializing in Compensation and Benefits to lead this critical function remotely, reporting to senior leadership. Design, implement, and manage competitive C&B programs aligned with business objectives, focusing on SA regulatory landscape and talent retention from a Sandton perspective.

The role requires 7+ years in C&B, including 3+ in management, with strong analytical skills, HRIS proficiency, and leadership for remote teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field; master's preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in compensation and benefits with 3+ in management.
• Experience designing complex C&B programs and salary structures.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS and Advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of South African labor laws and reward practices.
• Excellent communication and remote leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy.
• Design and manage salary structures, job grading, and incentive programs.
• Oversee administration of benefits programs including health insurance and retirement plans.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking for competitive packages.
• Ensure compliance with relevant compensation and benefits legislation.
• Provide expert guidance to leadership and HR colleagues on C&B matters.
