Qualifications

• 6+ years designing and analyzing thermal systems in energy or electronics cooling.
• Master's or PhD in Mechanical Engineering with a Thermal specialization.
• Proven CFD expertise (ANSYS Fluent, STAR-CCM+).
• Strong communication and remote-work capability.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced thermal management systems for new and existing products, focusing on efficiency and reliability.
• Conduct detailed thermal analysis using CFD and other simulation tools to predict system performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and validate thermal models and experimental test procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate thermal solutions seamlessly.
• Prepare technical specifications, reports, and presentations to communicate design concepts and analysis results.
• Troubleshoot thermal-related issues during product development and in the field.
• Stay abreast of advancements in thermal engineering technologies and industry best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers on thermal system design.
• Contribute to the definition of product requirements related to thermal performance.
