Placements24 is seeking a motivated Remote Telecoms Customer Support Agent to join our client in Benoni (Gauteng). This fully remote role lets you assist customers with telecom services, billing and technical issues while delivering a positive service experience from your home office.

You will handle calls, emails and chat, document interactions in the CRM, and look for upsell opportunities based on promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; customer service or technical support experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with computers and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries regarding telecom services, billing, and technical issues.
• Provide clear, accurate information to customers and resolve queries.
