You will troubleshoot connectivity and voice services, guide users through solutions, and escalate complex issues when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably within the telecoms industry.
• Strong understanding of common networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Proficiency in using remote support tools and CRM software.
• Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
• A stable internet connection and a dedicated home office workspace are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for telecommunications services via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose a wide range of issues related to internet connectivity, voice services, and hardware.
