Placements24 is seeking a motivated Remote Telecoms Customer Support Agent to join our client in Benoni (Gauteng). This fully remote role lets you assist customers with telecom services, billing and technical issues while delivering a positive service experience from your home office.

You will handle calls, emails and chat, document interactions in the CRM, and look for upsell opportunities based on promotions.

Qualifications
