Placements24 is seeking a visionary Telecoms Solutions Architect to join their fully remote team. You will design end-to-end telecom solutions, develop technical roadmaps, and guide engineering and product teams to deliver scalable architectures.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s in a related field, 10+ years in telecommunications, and deep expertise in 5G, IoT, cloud networking and SDN. Strong communication and leadership will help you drive strategic projects from your home office.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in telecommunications with a focus on solution architecture.
• Expertise in 5G, IoT, cloud networking and SDN; strong IP networking and signaling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end telecom solutions, including architecture, technical specifications and roadmaps.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify service improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into designs.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop proofs-of-concept and prototypes to validate designs.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, secure and cost-effective.
