Placements24 is seeking a Senior Telecoms Solutions Architect to join our innovative team in a fully remote capacity. You will design and articulate complex telecom solutions for enterprise clients, collaborating with sales, engineering, and product teams to address client needs and align technical viability with business goals.

You will lead end-to-end solution design across voice, data, cloud, and security, develop detailed proposals and diagrams, and act as a trusted advisor to clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of telecommunications experience with a focus on solution architecture and pre-sales support.
• In-depth knowledge of IP networking, cloud infrastructure, unified communications, and cybersecurity.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to understand objectives and requirements.
• Design end-to-end telecommunications solutions including voice, data, cloud, and security.
• Develop technical proposals, architecture diagrams, and presentations.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to feedback on market needs and influence roadmaps.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients and build strong relationships.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance offerings.
