Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Telecoms Solutions Architect to lead the design and development of scalable and secure network solutions. You will be the technical authority on complex projects, translating business requirements into robust technical blueprints while collaborating with global teams in a fully remote role.

The role requires 10+ years in large-scale telecom design, deep knowledge of 5G/LTE, MPLS, SDN/NFV, and cloud-native functions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years designing and architecting large-scale telecom networks.
• Deep understanding of 5G, LTE, MPLS, SDN/NFV, and cloud-native network functions.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into viable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and remote presentation skills; experience with executive stakeholders.
• Experience with vendor evaluations and selection in the telecom space.

Responsibilities

• Design high-level and detailed telecom network solutions for scalable, secure, cost-effective architectures.
• Create architectural blueprints, specifications, and proof-of-concept frameworks.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and sales to understand customer needs and market trends.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide adoption recommendations.
• Provide technical leadership to project teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all proposed and implemented solutions.
