Qualifications

Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in telecommunications, with a significant focus on solution architecture and design.
Expertise in a wide range of telecommunications technologies, including mobile networks (5G, LTE), optical networks, IP networking, cloud, and virtualization.
Proven ability to design complex, end-to-end solutions for enterprise or service provider environments.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences in a remote context.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of comprehensive telecommunications solutions, encompassing network architecture, service integration, and technology roadmaps.
Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into technical requirements and solution designs.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies, platforms, and methodologies to enhance network capabilities and service offerings.
Develop detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution proposals, and implementation plans.
Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to engineering and project management teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
