Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective technical support for telecom services.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot common issues related to internet connectivity, mobile services, and VoIP.
• Guide customers through self-help solutions and basic troubleshooting steps.
• Escalate complex technical problems to senior support staff or relevant departments when necessary.
• Accurately record all customer interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
