• Basic understanding of telecommunications principles, networking concepts (TCP/IP), and common hardware.
• Excellent customer service skills and a patient, helpful demeanor.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies in a remote setting.
• Previous experience in a customer support or technical role is advantageous.
