Responsibilities include initial technical support, diagnosing connectivity problems, guiding users through solutions, and maintaining detailed records.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecoms support or customer service.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and mobile technologies.
• Proficient in troubleshooting connectivity and communication problems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for telecoms hardware, software, and services via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to internet connectivity, VoIP, mobile services, and network access.
• Guide users through step-by-step solutions and document troubleshooting procedures.
