Qualifications
- Experience as Technical Support Engineer or similar advanced support role.
- Strong knowledge of OS, networks, and common software applications.
- Desirable: scripting with Python or Bash; certifications are advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for complex software and hardware issues.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve customer problems promptly.
- Document solutions and create knowledge base articles for internal/external use.
- Collaborate with development teams to report bugs and suggest product enhancements.
- Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- Perform remote diagnostics for a global client base.
